About the Event
Burj - Jumping Gorilla Championships presents mountain ultra running in Katraj to Sinhagad mountain ranges. This June event features 100% trail routes through great Sahyadri mountain range hiking routes, winding through nature's wonder - mountains decorated like forts testifying to supernatural history and awakening memories of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's footmarks.
The Jumping Gorilla Mountain trail run series organises various trail running events within Pune, Maharashtra limits. Each race takes place in single stages at undefined pace within time limits, offering four categories: 10k with 650m elevation, 25k with 1,620m, 50k with 3,060m, and 100k with 6,100m elevation gain.
Organised by Indian Sports Revolution, this championship celebrates both natural magnificence and cultural heritage of Maharashtra's mountain regions through challenging ultra running experiences in historically significant terrain.
