Refunds and Cancellations Policy

We understand that life can be as unpredictable as trail running itself. Here's our Refunds and Cancellations Policy for CapitalTrails Monthly Outdoor Meets and any other online or offline events (hereinafter referred to as 'Event' or 'Events'), Races By CapitalTrails (hereinafter referred to as 'Race' or 'Races') and Annual Trail Pass (hereinafter referred to as 'Pass'), designed to keep things fair and flexible.

Events and Races

  • 100% Transfer Policy: If you decide to cancel your participation in any Race and inform us at least one day (24 hours) before the Race date/time, we've got your back! You will be eligible to transfer your Race registration to any Race within 12 months of your registration date, no questions asked. In such cases, cancellation requests must be sent on email to info@capitaltrails.in. Sometimes life takes unexpected turns, and we get it!

  • Exclusion Policy for Events: Events are excluded from the 100% Transfer Policy and are not eligible for transfers.

  • No Refund Policy: For any cancellations made to Event or Race registrations, there will be no refunds. For any cancellations made to Event or Race registrations less than 24 hours before Race, there will be no transfers.

  • No-show Policy: No refunds will be provided for participants who do not attend the Event or Race and fail to cancel within the stipulated time.

  • Non-transferrable Registration Policy: Event and Race registrations are personal and non-transferable. Substitutions or transfers of registration to another individual are not permitted.

  • Cancellation Policy: In the rare case that an Event or Race gets cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (we hope we never have to!), we'll transfer your Event registration to the next Event, or Race registration to any Race within 12 months of your registration date. If these options don't work for you, please reach out to us and we will discuss alternate options.

Pass Membership

  • No Refund Policy: For any cancellations to Pass memberships via email, phone or any other mode of communication, there will be no refunds.

  • Non-transferrable Policy: Pass memberships are personal and non-transferable. Substitutions or transfers of registration to another individual are not permitted.

We want everyone to have the best possible trail running experience, and our Refunds and Cancellatons Policy is designed to balance fairness and logistical considerations - and to ensure that the organisers’ and volunteers’ time commitments are respected. This Policy applies to all participants of Events or Races, and Pass members.
