SRT Ultra
About the Event
SRT Ultra presents mountain and trail running through the historic route connecting four forts: Sinhagad, Rajgad, Torna, and Lingana. This December event features point A to point B routing without loops, ensuring every trail moment provides new experiences in Sahyadri mountains' heart.
The course passes through evergreen mountains and dense forests with abundant flora and fauna. SRT Ultra proves highly challenging with 70% comprising technical trails including rocks, mud, scree, grass, and roots at 1,000 metres average altitude. The event involves considerable climbing during ascents and descents.
Organised by Western Ghats Running Foundation, SRT Ultra offers four categories: 11k with 700m elevation, 25k with 1,100m, 53k with 2,400m, and 100k with 3,870m elevation gain, showcasing pristine Sahyadri mountain range locations through demanding mountain running and climbing challenges.
