Ultribe Paderu
About the Event
Ultribe Paderu represents the first trail ultra running event in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Organised by VTRA, a not-for-profit group dedicated to fostering running sport, this June event brings together passionate runners with varied trail running experience to provide similar experiences to other enthusiasts.
The event takes place around Paderu, a sleepy town at approximately 900 metres height in Alluri Seetharama Raju district. Blessed with lovely serene valleys, picturesque hills, and waterfalls, Paderu serves as mandal headquarters situated 100km north-west of Visakhapatnam in serene Eastern Ghats.
VTRA's team of passionate runners decided to organise Ultribe Paderu with specific purposes in mind, offering four categories: 10k, 25k, 50k, and 100k, establishing trail ultra running in regions previously unexplored by the ultra running community.
